Filling a 6-Week Group Programme With Zero Paid Ads

The Challenge
Elevate Coaching Academy runs a flagship 6-week group coaching programme focused on stress management, habit formation, and holistic wellbeing. The programme is excellent — participants consistently report transformational results — but filling each cohort was a constant struggle.
The founder had tried everything: Facebook ads (expensive, inconsistent), referral incentives (slow), email blasts (low open rates). Each launch felt like starting from scratch. There was no content ecosystem building trust and demand between launches, which meant every cohort relied on a last-minute push that felt exhausting and unsustainable.
The goal: fill the next cohort entirely through organic social media — no paid ads, no desperate discounting, no begging in DMs.
The Approach
We built a 120-post campaign designed around the launch cycle — content that warms the audience, builds desire for the programme, and converts when the doors open.
The strategy was split into three phases:
- Phase 1: Authority & Trust (Weeks 1–4) — Educational content establishing the founder as a credible, relatable expert. No selling — just value that makes followers think “this person really gets it.”
- Phase 2: Desire & Social Proof (Weeks 5–8) — Transformation stories, client testimonials, and “behind the programme” content that creates FOMO and emotional buy-in
- Phase 3: Launch & Convert (Weeks 9–12) — Direct conversion content with urgency, objection handling, and clear CTAs timed around the enrolment window
Every post in every phase served the launch — even the pure-value posts were strategically chosen to mirror the programme's core modules, so by the time the doors opened, the audience had already experienced a taste of the transformation.

- 100% of programme spots filled — a full cohort for the first time without paid ads or last-minute discounting
- 18 days to sell out — the fastest fill rate in the programme's history
