Introduction

Welcome to Image Masters Backstage. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Image Masters Pty Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Image Masters Backstage platform.

1. Platform Description

Image Masters Backstage is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing business education, training resources, tools, templates, courses, and community features for aspiring models and influencers. The platform contains valuable proprietary content, intellectual property, and confidential business methodologies.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

This license does NOT permit you to:

• Use the platform or content for any commercial purpose
• Share, transfer, or provide access to your account to any third party
• Download, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary legends
• Use automated systems or data mining tools to access or extract content

3. Intellectual Property

All content, software, courses, templates, tools, branding, and materials on the platform are owned by Image Masters Pty Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You acknowledge that unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

4. Subscription and Payment

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to your selected payment schedule.

Key Payment Terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the billing period ends
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy
• You are responsible for applicable taxes
• We may change prices with 30 days' advance notice

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then.

Trial period refunds may be available if you cancel within the stated trial period, have minimal usage, and have not violated these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following:

• Copying, reproducing, or redistributing content beyond personal use
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or deriving source code from the platform
• Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access your account
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the platform
• Commercial exploitation of platform content
• Providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activities
• Uploading viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Harassing other users or company personnel
• Any activity that exploits, harms, or endangers minors

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9. Termination

We may terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, fail to pay fees, or engage in illegal activities. Upon termination, your license to access the platform ceases, and you must stop using all content.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation, then mediation, and finally binding arbitration in accordance with the Resolution Institute rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

You agree that disputes shall be resolved individually and waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Subject to arbitration provisions, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or platform notification with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
